Planning/Situation Analysis in Mexico

IIECL staff assisted the International Labor Rights Fund (ILRF) with the conduct of an assessment of the child labor situation in Mexico. The report entitled, “Child Labor in Mexico” provides an overview of the child labor in Mexico, with special attention to children who work in the agricultural export plantations in northern and central Mexico.

Website Development for Child Labor Education

Additionally, IIECL assisted the American Center for International Labor Solidarity (ACILS) to advise them on child labor issues and assisted with the initial development of a website on child labor in agriculture through its grant with the U.S. Department of Labor. The completed website can be found at www.fieldsofhope.org.
