Emily Grants to be Announced in late May 2012

IIECL and the Emily Sandall Foundation wish to extend thanks to all of the hundreds of applicants who responded to the call for applications for an Emily grant.

“This has been the largest response that we have received since the inception of the grant program in 2004,” says Diane Mull, Executive Director. “It is amazing what communities and organizations can accomplishment with a small grant. We have so many wonderful projects proposed, that selecting only ten is a real challenge.”

Due to the huge response, the Emily grant award announcements are taking longer than usual in order to give each applicant a thorough review and consideration. As a result, the top ten applicants selected for Emily grants will be announced later this month (May 2012).
